Rob Harris: I bought these "idiot filters" since the one in my coffee pot was about a year old. After installing the new filter the coffee seems to taste the same to me. I use filtered water anyway so I think these are redundant for me. They seem to do the job and their quality is acceptable. The seller was quick and there were no issues. If you don't have filtered water I am pretty sure these would help. The flavor rating is because I didn't notice any difference. The value is OK, no goods or bad. Very easy to install on my coffee maker. Overall 4.

Harry Knutz: Got a new MrCoffee maker,it came w/1 filter(change every 30 days or so) I jumped on these,hoping they would also fit my cat's water bubbler thingy,but no,thats AOK w/me.I do have hard water,so anything to make my morning java experience,is a plus,I should be good for a year or 2,the soaking/rinse b4 use is not a big pain,I'll apologize to my cats for not having fresher water than me(lol)
