PV santa fePV santa fe: Put this on a gravel bike to replace the square taper system. It’s lightish. I like the red it’s different. When I switched to a 12 sp drive train I had to change the chainring. It gets compliments.

Josh: Cranks are excellent for the price. Nice finish and tolerances. Chainring fit fine and everything torqued without issue. The bottom bracket was the only part that shouted low price. Still worth a look for the price.

DanDan: These cranks are worth every penny. If you have problems with installation watch a video on euro bottom bracket removal and install. The provided shims are great for chain alignment and gobbling up spindle length. Note to the people, the shims are correctly installed when put between the outer face/wall of the bikes bottom bracket housing and the back wall/shoulder of bearing assembly where the threads end. Knock off any tabs on the wall of the shim with sand paper or file. This occurs from injection of the composite into molds when making the shims. Slide the assembly together and tighten the left crank arm to just snug and run the cranks to check for alignment. If you have two shims on the chain ring side and one on the left crank arm it won’t matter your body won’t know that it’s an 1/8” inch off to one side or the other. Chain alignment is much more important so you’re not chopping your chain ring to shreds. The spindle cap for the The left side has about a half inch of thread in case your left crank arm hangs off the spindle just a bit. You should try to shim things so you have no more than 1/8 of crank arm hangover to the face of the spindle on your left side crank...

Biker Joe: Very good for a budget bike upgrade. I feel like it does lack in some areas such as the bottom bracket and the crank pinch bolts coming somewhat loose but it is definitely the way to go if you’re looking to make a good one by upgrade without spending an absurd amount of money.

Johnny Yo: I replaced a Shimano crankset, and this was pretty cheap. I feel this taught me some installation skills and has worked on the bikes I have placed it on, but now that I know what I am doing I would buy the SRAM 1x12 SX over this if I wanted to go cheap. I actually went to the GX groupo (which I love) eventually. Most people don't want to risk it and go cheap and for that, this crankset seems to function. I will say that you should refrain from using too many spaces, because at 72mm, if you use 2 spacers you have about only half of your shaft to bite onto.

Amazon Customer: Quality seems pretty good although I wasn't able to try it out because the spindle was way too short. Unfortunately I searched everywhere before buying but they did not indicate spindle length (by the way its 120 mm) and I didn't notice until after I installed the BB so now I'm stuck with cranks I can't use.
Recommend to seller that you include this information - this product will not work for a Fatbike for sure but others may have issues too.

Tob: Looks alright.. nothing bracket is kinda beefy.. so if you are looking to run a single speed it offset the chain Ring a lil bit too far... Then you need to run spacer for your cog.

W Tam: I upgraded my neglected 10 year old Jamis Allegro with this crank set and bb which had a 2x8 drivetrain. I replaced the original square bb. This installed as easy as it comes. I had to use the included 5mm of spacers to make it fit my bike's bb. There's no play in the bb and/or cranks.
It spins great. The red anodized finish looks awesome.
I put a Upanbike narrow/wide chainring, a Shimano Altus 9 speed derailleur and a shimano 11-34t cassettet. They work fantastic together. The bike is now setup with a 1x9 drivetrain.
Highly recommended!
