Miss Ecstasy: I purchased this item almost a month ago and just used it for the first time yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised that how fast it Heats up. It's extremely easy to clean. It's going to take a little bit for me to get used to the temperature controls because at one point I had it up higher than I should have and had to turn it down and wait for it to cool. But that was my fault not the products fault. I would recommend this item to anybody. I even went as far as boiling eggs in this.

Gemini222: This is a terrific product especially for frying small portions of your favorite foods . Heats quickly and works great. A real value. I do wish the temperate knob had better indication of temps. Had to make educated quess if it was 375 degrees but I did just fine

Julia: If you know how to cook, you can use this pan easily. If you use the bright red heat, which is the hottest, you will burn what you’re cooking. If you want to speed up what you’re cooking, you can turn it on to the red, which is the hottest temp, and then turn it off; put the lid on and it will finish cooking. You can put on a steak that is seasoned, then flip it and turn it off if it’s on the highest setting. It will come out medium rare or whatever it is you’re making like skillet potatoes. Basically, if you use it correctly, you can make a quick meal and move it along by gentle temperature, and turn it off to quickly finish. It is perfect in every way, but I wish I could put the whole thing in the dishwasher; not just the lid. That would be my only complaint, other than that you just have to know what you’re doing as a cook. I like that it heats up perfectly to the setting that you choose. Just be ready to cook within 30 seconds of turning it on, which I love!!! this thing has made up for an air fryer/toaster oven, and everything else you can think of if you know how to cook and how to use it. Just buy it and check it out, with a piece of bread, or whatever it takes to...
