Christian: Good product, but I just found my my local hardware stores even gas stations sell 40lb bags at 7$ a bag. You can get 4 40lb bags locally. Unless you find find it near you buy locally!

Theresa N Bellflower: Unlike some packages, this doesn't have an easy way to pour. There isn't an easy to hold the bag to pour in the water softener container.
The salt does work and it last pretty long, but then I am not using a lot of water.

Katie: With Covid I’m not going out as often so it’s easier for me to order online. These bags are great and each one lasts me about 2 months maybe longer. They’re just real heavy (obviously) to carry but if you have the muscle it’s worth it so you don’t have to go out and get it.

Gary A. Perkins: I wrote Morton Salt to ask if they were still making System Saver II salt as my water softener directions said to only use this product. Morton Salt replied “Thank you for contacting Morton Salt and for your interest in our products. We would be happy to help you find that product.
In January 2017 we renamed our water softener salt products. Morton® System Saver II is now known as Morton® Clean and Protect Water Softener Pellets. The formula of the product is still the same - only the name has changed. The product is available in 25, 40 and 50 pound bags. It can be purchased from many retail stores or club stores.
