Die Kunststoffgriffe der Kämme liegen trotz ihrer schmalen Bauweise sehr gut und angenehm in der Hand. So kann man selbst größere Bereiche des Felles sorgfältig aber ohne übermäßige Anstrengung bearbeiten.

Die eng beieinander stehenden, spitzen Zinken der Kämme fangen selbst die kleinsten Flohabfälle auf. Durch ihr Material und die enge Anordnung bleiben die Flöhe und ihren Exkremente gut haften, so dass man sie anschließend einfach abstreifen kann.

Insgesamt erfüllt dieses Set absolut seinen Zweck. Die Qualität der verwendeten Materialien ist solide und robust. Für den günstigen Preis hätte ich deutlich weniger erwartet.

Robyk: Consiglio si usare il pettinino all’esterno con una ciotola d’acqua appena si vedono le pulci sul pettine immergerlo subito nell’acqua altrimenti saltano .

IC: Je viens de tester le kit sur mon chat qui a attrapé des puces. C’est vraiment efficace sur les puces et les larves.

Je n’ai utilisé que deux des quatre peignes pour le moment. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Pas spécialement fragile.

P. Douglas: I mostly use the short one with the metal teeth on my Terrier mix dog. Catches the pesty fleas with ease. I have a little cup of soapy water waiting for them. I just dip the comb in the soapy water and the fleas will die. Keep it close because the fleas might jump away. I think the worst of the flea season for us is over. I check everyday but have not been finding any. Yeah....

todd: I didn't know why have so many combs, but price was right..so why not? The different combs are GREAT, some deal with thicker fur ( but not as good at getting all fleas).. so can use on both dogs and cat. Use with natural flea killer spray, I spray a little at tke solid end of the comb, where the fleas get trapped for a second, and it knocks then out, then dunk in soapy water. Keep doing this it makes a difference . Finally something works..and no technology involved.

Wizardish: Gives you a good choice of options for combing the fleas. Does the job. Best to have a container with some water and dish soap to deal with fleas as you comb them. 3 combs with metal teeth of various lengths and one plastic double sided with two different fineness.
