Amazon Customer: Just as pictured, arrived quickly, and no issues with packaging. Very durable. I use this on my toy poodle who has a very thick coat and although I comb and brush him daily his hair mats quickly. I use this to detangle him first and then brush him and he's so fluffy afterward.

S. Peace: Use this mostly on my double coated Cardigan Welsh corgi. His fur is very thick and he sheds masses of undercoat. While this works as advertised, he doesn't seem to like it very much. He prefers a rake type shedding tool. Still, this will work for mats and getting into the deeper layers of fur. Good product but dogs can be fussy.

Minah: but it does! My long-haired Birman does NOT approve of conventional brushing, but he tolerates this comb, and it actually gets rid of a surprising amount of hair and helps comb out knots.
