Mike P.: I bought a size bigger then my waist and it works great i like how the velcro is thicker then the 3 different back braces i bought also different brands. I like the way it raps around you with noproblom specially me being 295 and works on a boat. Helps alot thanks alot to this brand hope to see more products of their's. Anonymous: I never leave reviews on anything I buy because I don’t care enough to type one out but this back brace deserves one. About a year ago I herniated a disc in my back and since then I haven’t been able to deadlift or squat any amount of weight. I was always looking for solutions for the pain and I never pulled the trigger on any that I found because none of them looked promising. I don’t know what it was that made me buy this in the first place but I can say in all honesty that it was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I’m sitting here on a bench after finishing a set of squats and I feel no pain at all in my back. This is absolutely amazing. 100/10 would buy again.

ReallyAlive2020: The XL size matched what the Sizing Chart said it would accommodate for waist measurement around navel height. The materials and construction are high quality. Impressed with this product. Feels very supportive and reduced lower back pain while worn. Exactly as expected. Small pad is held on with Velcro and easy to relocate to change where slight pressure is concentrated, or it can be removed entirely. Recommend to buy this if you have lower back pain or weakness.
