Kindle Customer: I love this brush! It really gives my curly hair the smoothness that I can only get at the hair salon (I blow-dry my hair first)! No: First things first, tou're not going to get a dubie using this (AA hair). BUT if you're wanting to get slick braids, might be worth it as it turned my fro into what looked like braiding hair. Would recommend for that, if that's what you're going for.

DS: One of the best purchases I ever made! So simple to use and love the results. I just started to flat iron my hair a few months ago. My hair texture is kinky/coily. Have you ever tried to flat iron your hair and use the comb to chase your section at the same time? My kinky/coily sistas know what I’m talking about. Unfortunately I’m not that coordinated. No need for that, this iron, does it for you!!!! Chases, detangles and straightens all at the same time. If your thinking about making this purchase, just do it. You won’t be disappointed. I did some research on line and decided to buy it. Lucky for me, it was one of amazon’s deals of the day, I got what I wanted and saved a few bucks at the same time! Can’t go wrong right? and Thank God I didn’t! I told all my friends who are natural and struggling to straighten their hair to look half descent without going to the hairdresser to purchase this product. All I can say is it worked for me and I am happy with my purchase and I hope it will work for you too.

Kait: I thoroughly compared this model to the Amika brand carried by Sephora. I wanted the brand name one so bad but I would not allow myself to shell out $175 for a straightening brush when amazon carried a product that's identical for 1/3 of the price. I went back and forth for days, I even counted the number of bristles on each model, and looked at all the curves from all the angles. The only notable difference is Amika's is more chic looking colour-wise, and the Miropure is hot pink on the plates.This brand far outweighs Amika's reviews on Amazon.com, so in the end I decided to buy the off brand.
First impressions: I wish Miropure didn't bother with the glove, it brought the aesthetic down for me and factored against me buying it rather than for because it makes the product feel cheap. The box it comes in is heavy duty and everything else feels quality.
Use: I have long, fine wavy hair and lots of it (super thick!) I blew out my hair and brushed it before using the straightener. I'm skeptical that it actually reaches the full temperature in the time it says. It feels much hotter after 5 minutes than it does when it says it's ready. (Contrary to my very expensive GDH...

namakrot: I just received this straightener today and immediately gave it a try! I probably will give this a full 5 star after a few more use, but so far im loving it. My hair is quite thick and a bit wavy.. nothing crazy, but if I let it air dry, it gets a bit freezy, so I was looking for something quick to just straighten the waves & the frizz. I recently injured my wrist so I have no patience to sit and blow dry my hair! So when I saw this on Amazon, I thought its the prefect thing for me! In less than 7 minutes, my whole head was straightened. UNREAL! The straightener heats up pretty quick but I didn't find the need to use the glove that comes with it. It is perfectly packaged & arrived in one piece. The only downfall is, well 2 things im sure will get on my nerves is 1- The setting buttons are kind of in the way, so at times I would accidentally either switch it off or increase/decrease the heat setting. 2- It pulls out your hair! nothing MAJOR, but no matter what you do, you're brushing through your hair and you are pulling the hair strands so keep that in mind, and make sure to brush your hair with your regular comb before you use this.

Alice: I did a lotttt of research, watched a ton of videos, read literally hundreds and hundreds of reviews - on Amazon and elsewhere - before deciding this is the one I would buy. NO REGRETS. AT ALL. I would actually pay twice as much for this product, and still think it was worth every penny! I have really thick, curly/wavy hair (these days in it's natural state it's 2C - 3A, and length-wise it's just below my bust line). Am very skeptical of these kinds of products, esp because the vast majority of videos featuring straightening combs were by white girls who tend to have (in general) much finer/thinner hair than the rest of the world - even the ones who said they had 'thick' hair, had fairly average hair grades. Anyway... usually with my flat iron, it took me MINIMUM an hour to do all of my hair, and even then it wouldn't be completely straight because me/my arms would be tired and I'd sigh and think "asdf;ldk well it's straight ~enough~". I came home from work three weeks ago and this package was sitting on my counter. It comes in a beautiful posh black box, very nice. I went up to my room and tried it right away.
