Cayzor Ionic Hair Straightening Brush: Get Salon-Quality Results at Home

trailrider: The hair straightener is very well-made, looks nice, and is comfortable to handle. It has a heavy-duty swivel cord, it's easy to remove hair from, it has a nicely made heat protection glove, and has a soft gray protective bag to store the unit in. There is a pamphlet with instructions with a heat guide for your hair type. There is a Thank You note from the CEO which includes helpful tips that weren't in the pamphlet. It made straightening my hair much faster than using a flat iron and it leaves some body instead of completely flattening. The tip says to brush under your hair with the bristles pointing outward to give volume, the other way makes it flatter.

Chris Johnson: I'm the kind of person that reads a lot of reviews, but rarely writes one. I ordered this brush because the guy I've been seeing compliments me when I straighten my hair, but it takes so long, and it's and hour and a half drive when I travel to go see him. Yesterday I went on a four hour time floating trip, got sunburned, tipped over..I may have been a little tipsy. It was an hour and a half drive each way to get there, and my car AC isn't working, so I had the windows down and the sunroof open on the way home, because it was an 85 degree day. When I got home, I was excited to find that my ionic hair straightening brush had arrived and had to try it out right away. I have fine, medium length hair, with some stubborn waves in it. I plugged it in, sprayed on some heat protected to my poor whole whipped, sun fried, hair that hat been up in a beach knot most of the day. In less than 5 minutes, my hair was straightened out and looking fabulous. My son's friend said " that's the fastest transformation I've ever seen a woman do" The guy that I've been seeing invited me down for the evening and it was already getting kind of late. Rene: I use a flat iron most days because I hate drying my hair and when I let it air dry, I have curls. I haven't used a straightening brush before, so keep in mind that I have no experience with other straightening brushes to compare with this Cayzor Ionic Hair Straightener Brush.

Pros: Heats quickly and brushing from underneath allows you to style a little more than you can with a flat iron. This also means it takes a little more effort to get the absolute flat-straight that you get with a flat iron, but I actually prefer the effect of straight with more volume.

While it seems like a small thing, another pro is that there is an attached velcro wrap for the cord so it doesn't get damaged, tangled or frustrating when not in use.

There's also a storage bag that would be good for travel, though make sure it's completely cool before using it.

The box is also nice if you plan to give this as a gift. If you're like our crazy family, you will save the box and laugh when bald Grandpa opens his gift and thinks you gave him a hair straightener.

Mary Ann Hocutt: Pros: The cord is long and makes it easy to use the brush. The brush heats up quickly and shows the temperature on the handle so it’s easy to see what the temperature is. Heats and cools quickly. The glove is so useful since the brush gets your hair really hot. It straightens well.

Cons: My hair is growing out and just past my collar. It is hard to get my hair to stay in the brush because it is not very long.

Overall: I’m glad to have this brush since I am letting my hair grow out and I anticipate it being easier then. The brush is MUCH easier than using an iron.
