Phoenix Rising: The handle is strong and heavy, the brush is stiff and thick. It gets the job done. I'm not sure what more you would want from a fireplace broom.

Mamacottontail: This became a replacement for the broom in a fireplace set that had bent and melted. Thankfully these heads can be replaced when worn down. It would have been terrific if the bristles were thicker. Will see how long these last.
