Metatarsal Pads for Women: Ball of Foot and Heel Cushions for High Heel Shoes

Melissa: I had a bout of Morton's neuroma on my left foot. (Essentially a pinched nerve in between tendons.) These little clear pads that slip over the toed to protect the upper pad of the food really helped while I was healing. I did have to have a steroid/nerve block shot in my foot before receiving these to reduce the swelling, but these little slip-ons made walking bearable until I healed.

Radar626: These four types of pads do make shoes more comfortable, but they don't stick well at all. The adhesive isn't tacky at all. As you wear your shoes, the pads don't stay in place and move around. It's not just one of the styles that does this but all of them. The "T" shaped ones can help prevent shoes from sliding on your Achille's tendon and around your heel and causing blisters, but they bunch up underneath your foot instead.

Madison: I genuinely was pleased with this item, it worked how I wanted to and its reusable but I’d suggest taking it off after use because it’s not built for long period of time adhered to your shoe and will detach itself so definitely just wash it off and put the plastic back on the adhesion to keep it good for the next use :)

Featherly Randolph: Honestly the only pair that helped was the one that goes around the toes… and even then my feet would slide forward but after a little hairspray that worked fine. The other three pairs did not provide comfort at all for me. I tried them multiple times, different ways and still no help.

KARMEN SMITH: I purchased these based off of others reviews. So glad I did! got these for a night out with the girls and was worried about my feet hurting after walking in heels all night. These were amazing! I also love the different options to choose from. And for those that might have been confused like I was….this comes with 4 different type of cushions and yes they all come as a pair. My favorite was the jelly like clear one.
