Karen Anahory: I only use these when going on long hikes, but they've saved my feet. Lp: Bought these for heeled sandals which were a tad loose in top strap area. Really helped secure the shoe and stayed in place.

Amazon Customer: I like these but, yes a but. They stick inside the shoe not on the bottom of the foot. So not exactly what I want but they work. Took a few tries to get them where they were needed, but worth it all in all. Fours stars, it would have been five if I could have placed them on the bottom of my feet.

Amazon Customer: Wanted something to make my heels more comfortable and prevent blisters. These work great, as long as you place them correctly! They’re supposed to go just behind the ball of your foot rather than directly underneath. I like to peel off just one once of the backing, stick them on and see how they feel, then adjust if needed. Great value and great product!
