Craig Andrews: Started buying these cameras when they were $52.00 and now have about 10 of them. They are a good basic camera but the video is not great quality at times. As most game cameras, they do not fare well when Bears maul them.

dan weich: This camera worked before the floods in 140 mph wind on a tree 6 feet off the ground. During hurricane ian at the upper end of peace river the flood was 12 feet deep( do the math) while it did not record anything while it was underwater for 3 days it resumed full functioning and photographed wild pigs returning along the water line and still works today on 1-5-23 money well spent!!!

David J. Germeroth: I gave this Trail camera to my wife as a present. We live near a wooded area and often see various wildlife. We had no idea just how much goes on in our own backyard until we got this camera. It is easy to set up and works very well.

VincentVincent: This is my first and only trail cam and I was pretty impressed with the quality for the price. Very nice video quality day or night.

With 8 fresh 1.5v (12v combined) AA batteries it works flawlessly. Although as the batteries drop to about 11v the night vision starts to get buggy, only works intermittently. As the batteries drop to about 10v the night vision stops working all together. Still works great during the day.

So to hopefully fix this issue I made a 12v 18650 battery pack. Now it should work better and longer, and I can recharge the 18650’s so I shouldn’t have to replace the AA’s for a very long time.

Hugh S. Tessendorf: The media could not be loaded.  I have 3 different brand name game cameras. Meidase in my favorite. Important thing to remember is that the camera has a sweet spot in the sensor area. You might have to reaim the camera to find the best trigger area. We have 7 cameras in our back yard area 30 feet by 50 foot area one camera might trigger and another may not get the action. The Meidase is easy to change batteries and set the time and date. You can also use an external battery supply with the 8 internal double AA batteries. Using the external and internal batteries together means you never have to reset the time and date and other selected functions. The camera burns through 8 batteries in temperature below 30 degrees in 7 days, of course that depends upon how many video it shoots. You will not be dissappointed if you purcchase a Meidase trail camera.

Micky Adams: Surprised at the quality of the video. The speed of detection works well. Very easy to set up. Batteries last well even though triggered quite a bit. We used this to check on a cat we were unable to catch who lives under our shed. We had no clue was was going on until able to watch the video and we were able to capture her finally and get her checked at the vet.
