KellyKelly: I love this book. I literally do 3-4 pages every single day it’s addicting. In a quiet, peaceful space, I put on some light instrumental music so I can really focus and it’s really nice. It’s definitely helped me with my anxiety and I’m not so hard on myself. See some photos of the pages I haven’t written in to just kinda get a feel for how the book is, its really awesome

MercedesMercedes: Self love is hard to come by, especially as a woman. I’ve struggled with it my whole life and I am currently on a journey of creating better habits, while learning to love myself. This workbook is great! I’ve done many workbooks in the past, only to half finish them because they weren’t as interesting or helpful but this one has me excited to work in it. I could literally finish it in one night, it’s hard to put it down. I really like how the author talks to you and breaks things down. There are little quizzes to self reflect on your progress, exercises to dig deeper and so far I’m really enjoying it and getting something out of it. I bought another one for my mom because I think this will be great in helping her find self love in her journey as well! If you’re a woman who is figuring out how to self love yourself, I recommend giving this book a try :)

Emma: This book comes from good intentions and sends positive vibes and direction/guidance to women who struggle with self-love in any way. I started reading this book online and quickly realized I needed the hard copy. Unfortunately, I can't actually convince myself to write in it, but I have been using it and writing in a separate journal (I know, why did I need the physical copy if I'm not even going to write in it, don't ask). Yes, it is meant to be written in, this is a workbook so there are prompts to questions you will be asking yourself.

Amazon Customer: Beware. This may look like a flowery gentle self help book. It is not. If you are prepared to fully engage with it, it will drag up your past and how it affects you now almost to the point of tears with me. Helps you validate your feelings. Makes you see all the sides of your personality. So cathartic to write things down in the exercises - much more so than just reading a self help book. Will be trying to make journaling a daily routine now because of this book and how much it's helped me. The author has a new book out and I will definitely be purchasing. 100% recommend this.
