Jayne: I use these pads when walking distances of 5 miles or more - inside walking socks and boots. They have helped the neuroma pain but the fabric on top of the foot has stretched so it is hard to get them to stay in place while I put socks on.

Simone Breathnach: The gel pads definitely relieved pressure on the ball of my foot & I was not aware of wearing them. However I noticed that they started folding over on themselves as the day wore on. The other socks did offer as much pressure relief but would be good for a minor problem. Also light to wear under your socks.

Neil: Has started to help reduce pain I am suffering in my toe and ball of foot which is suspected capsilitis.
Found the sock more useful than the pads with the loop as they are almost impossible to keep in place while you are trying to put a sock on and just constantly move and end up twisted. Happy with the quality and price and will keep using the socks as they are helping

LA LA: The product works okay . I cannot wear the sleeves that keeps the cushion in place because it’s way too tight . It’s extremely tight & uncomfortable . they really need to make different sizes for the sleeve or make it bigger . Reading the reviews it looks like a lot of people had this issue .
I have to wear them just on my toe with socks to keep them in place . It’s a temporary solution for now I needed immediate relief but I wouldn’t buy this again

Hathor: Having self-diagnosed metatarsal pain in my foot and having put up with it for four months I bought these based on the recommendations. I have recently done a lot of walking and found the brown cushioned slip on pads to be the most helpful when walking and they did decrease the pain substantially and deserve a four star rating. The reservation? They just don't seem like they are going to last very long but if I am wrong I will return and post an addendum. If you are debating whether or not to buy them my recommendation would be to give them a try.

J MCKERRON: This has been the best aid in providing comfort for my foot pain. I had to tweak my method in keeping it in place but it is by far the best in helping me on to the road of recovery. As there are 2 pairs of gel pads I recommend using the white pair with the toe loop UNDER your socks. Then after putting your socks on and leaving a couple of centimetres of length from your toes, put on the elasticated pair OVER your socks. At first it feels a little tight but the shape will soon contour snuggly for a nice fit. Then carefully place your feet in your shoes. I manage most days at work on my feet without having to repeat the procedure but accasionally I do. You may get a few laughs from relatives for having a foot that resembles a Camels but the pain relief is well worth it and I have had massive improvements to my condition.

WP: If you don’t have wide feet this won’t fit. I wear a size 11 in women and even with that big of a foot size the socks keep slipping off. The silicone pads that loop around the toe fit ok, but make sure it’s in proper place with socks on before you lace up the sneakers. I haven’t used the clear pads yet so let’s see how that goes.

Pat Frame: The silicone (white) is wider than other brands, and I like that...I have Morton's Neuromas and this offers broader padding. Feel great. I like the concept of the silky sleeve with insert, but found that after several hours the material was causing a bit of pain between my toes. It has sort of a rolled edge, and I have sensitive feet. The padding part worked fine. Have not yet tried the shoe inserts...again, they are wider than many, which I think will work well. Took off one star because of the sleeve pain. Might try seeing what I can do to alleviate that.

Naddy: I was having some intense nerve pain/cramping around my 3rd/4th toe so someone recommended a metatarsal cushion. The nice thing about this package - is they include 3 different options that all provide ball of foot cushioning but work with different types of shoes. I found the 'socks' to be most comfortable with my gym shoes and had no pain after wearing all day. The 'loop pads' loop around your toe (to keep them from moving around) and are a bit more hidden for open top shoes like my ballet flats. I haven't tried the insert pad yet - but again - this will work with a lot of my shoe styles. I will continue to use this product and re-order from this seller.

S. Phillips: Disappointed. The only piece I use is the metatarsal sock. It gave me good cushion support but the part that wrapped around my toe was too tight. I finally cut the seam to elevate the problem. It slips down but still gives support. The self-adhesive gel pads worked great for the first 4 or 5 times but the adhesive wore off and they are no longer usable. The loop pads were uncomfortable. A waste of money for me. In the future, I will buy only the metatarsal sock.
