Mark Keegan: I needed this to change from a 7-pin to a 4-pin. This is a sturdy adapter and works perfect. The only (very minor) concern I had was due to the length of the adapter, I had to tie up a portion of the trailer light harness so it wouldn't drag on the ground due to adding length. This is really a non-factor when purchasing, but I thought this would be good to bring up for others.
