Melissa SivMelissa Siv: I like the handle to the regular burger size press but the slider one is confusing. It didn't come with instructions and it looks easy to use but it can be quite confusing.

anointed_alien: Got this as a replacement for one from 2 years ago from BB&B, and not only it's cheaper, but also better. The fact that it comes apart to make a dent for burgers filled with stuff, is great. The one from BB&B had metal screws for the handle, and rusted (what genius came up with that idea.
This one feels good when gripping to press down and can be put in dishwasher to disinfect raw meat bacteria. It could use a bit bigger radius as the meat shrinks, but it's literally same size as the one I bought at BB&B. This was almost triple times cheaper.
Can't beat it for the price.

lesha58: Does what you expect it to do in different sizes (wider or not a wide), especially if you like thicker burgers. We normally get a 1/2 cow and usually don't get enough pre-made patties. This is helping fill the gap. You'll end up running out of wax paper but easy enough to make your own. Its defiantly a must with using some form of paper otherwise you'll end up sticking to the bottom. A bit odd you can't press through to thin them out but easy enough to make in the form then spread out some more if you like thinner patties. Bottom does come out for ease of cleaning but the top is static so sometimes harder to get in there. Nothing the dishwasher doesn't take care of.

Cat Johnson: We always due a ton of grilling in the summer and I keep thinking it would be easier to make burger patties with this instead of by hand. The wax paper circles are a game changer! I haven't used the smaller/inserter part yet. This is made of good sturdy materials definitely not the cheap flimsy cookie cutter ones and the price is GREAT. I would however recommend that you freeze after making the patties instead of straight on the grill unless you are using something to keep it together., because they tend to fall apart easy.
