NJQUILTER: I’ve been using them for more than a week now at night. They do turn very dark after wearing for 8 hours or more. The color of the pad after time lessens just like everyone says it would. They are sticky, but easy to put on and take off. I do seem less achy even during rainy weather so I have to say there might actually be some helpful results if you use these. I will keep using them.

Looking like they are oozing less after a while, I feel sleepy fast after I put them on.
