Stephen C RobertsStephen C Roberts: For an antique cast iron clawfoot tub, I love the style and function! I'm very happy with the end result and would purchase again, but there are some caveats:

- As others stated, the pull-out extension for the shower does leak from two places: where the pole extends, AND the wall-mount connection, particularly if you pull the extension to its max. If you intend to wall-mount, get more information about it before purchasing! For my clawfoot tub installation, the small leaks don't matter and don't affect pressure.
- The threads for the clawfoot tub adapter (sold separately) are NOT NPT threads as stated; they are G1/2. I purchased both some NPT bushings as well as G1/2 x NPT and the NPT bushings did not fit. You may need some additional bushings to connect to your water main.
- Unless you're very short, you will need to purchase the shower extension tube for a tub installation. With the extension, I was able to install the shower at the perfect height.

Ryan C. Scott: Bought this shower system in April but didn't get the chance to install it until June. When found that the faucet was defective I contacted Gotonovo and they were very responsive and were able to get a replacement faucet sent out immediately.

kimberleykimberley: I like the overall look HOWEVER it isnt the best quality. Didn’t notice the leak on the hot water tap for awhile due to the water staying behind the silicone, then it broke through and now its a constant leak as you can see from the picture. The rain-head shower head started peeling as soon as i cleaned it the first time. And its continued to peel. There are also flakes of paint that will block the stream out of the shower head holes so you need to continually pick the flakes out to get a better flow rate. I did contact the seller but they will not replace anything because its past warranty. Bought in march, installed in June, so make sure you install it asap once you get it so the company will actually honour their short warranty

B: Wrong item sent & 2 parts missing. Contacted Haftevani and they don't have any parts. 35.00 cr. To buy the parts costs more. Contacted Gotonovo and there is no warranty as the item wasn't purchased thru them directly. Haftevani won't send the correct item, so I'm stuck with the wrong model, 2 missing parts and no warranty. Will be screwed if anything goes wrong with this in the future. Waste of money. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend buying from them.

DaphneDaphne: The media could not be loaded.  This company is truly excellent, and our experience with this shower kit has been so positive for many reasons.

The shower kit was just what we were looking for to complete our outdoor shower. It's got the vintage-looking hot and cold handles and the great oil-rubbed bronze look. It is made very well and all the pieces fit together perfectly. (My husband put this together and installed it himself after the plumbing work was done by the plumbers.) The kit is a great value/price, too.

The water pressure is amazing out of the shower head (very strong!). Usually, we have to remove water reducer inserts from our showerheads (to get stronger flow) - but with this shower head, you don't have to wish for better pressure. It's truly great!

Even though this kit does come with the handheld water sprayer - and it works perfectly fine - we decided to remove it from the setup because we realized we weren't going to use the handheld part. That's just a personal preference - nothing against this kit. In fact, it's really wonderful that this kit allows you to put it together without the handheld part if you should want to - and that is not...

Thomas: I bought this for a project I was working on and although I opened the box I did not preassemble it before the companies 30-day return window. (it took almost that long to arrive) When I was ready for a dry test to make sure that it assembled correctly and to measure for installation was when I noticed the problems. The first thing I noticed was the colour was different on the flexible handheld sprayer (It was not great but I could live with it). The bigger problem was that the handheld sprayer did not fit into the adjustable clip that goes on the upright pipe. No matter where you would try to clip it in. The flexible line area was too small, and all areas on the sprayer were too large to fit into the clip. The BEST you can do is to just lay the flexible line in the clip having the handheld shower hang and hope it does not fall. This could have been as simple as the wrong part supplied but the company was not willing to replace or supply any parts.

The other area of concern that TALLER people may want to note is that as the pipe is a fixed-length the faucet needs to be placed quite high above the tub. This not only may not give you the desired look but will cause a lot of...

LUCYMAC: Lovely shower, but....high of the shower is not sufficient for shower bath. Not sure who to contact for the extension mentioned in some of the reviews as it seems no one available in Europe.... Any ideas anyone?
