Michelle: I have been shopping around for a bidet for a long time now as my husband and I have decided that we are tired of spending so much money on disposable wipes. I went back and forth between this bidet and another and ended up choosing this one. I'm not sure how the other one would have fared against the LUXE brand, but WOW! That is the one word that sums up this product for me. I don't feel the need to even try another brand.

My husband had this bidet installed in about 15 minutes. He was a bit worried at first that he may not be able to install it properly since he has basically zero plumbing knowledge, but he was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The instructions were very clear and he didn't have any issues understanding them (he's the kind of guy that usually attempts installations without reading the instructions, but I made him do it since this is plumbing related. Wasn't trying to have him break something important).

Le problème que j'ai est le siège de toilette qui reste surélever .Alors demande de changer le siège. C'est pour cela j'ai enlever une étoile. J'ai acheter les chevilles anti chocs et coller sous le siège mes ne serre a rien reste trop surélevé et l'eau passe en avent et vous mouillez les jambes.

Jesse: First, a tip: Get the 'white' model rather than the blue! The differences are subtle but the white is classier in my opinion since it blends in with the toilet and seems less like an add-on or accessory.

So, this is one of those rare products that makes me want to buy one for everyone I know. Given the low price & high quality, there is no reason why any home should not have one. I think many people (like myself until recently) just don't realize this product exists!

--- Installation ---
Very fast and easy with just a screwdriver and pliers (search bidet neo 180 on youtube to see various homemade installation and product demos). The hoses and connectors it came with seem to be of high quality. The basic idea is to add the Y-splitter to the water supply line that attaches to your tank, so that the same water supply that fills your toilet's tank also supplies the bidet. It took me less than an hour, and I had fun installing it.

Rushmore: I've used the Luxe Bidet Neo 180 for 6 months now, and in two completely different geographic locations: Colorado and Baja Mexico. I first ordered the bidet for use as a test run before I hauled it to Mexico for its final destination. Shipping was very fast, instructions were accurate and the parts appeared to all be there. Unless you actually have a certified Plumber's Crack, the installation can be a little tricky, but realistically can be done in 30 minutes or so (which takes into account an average number of setbacks and do-overs). The first step in the process involves removing the seat, followed by putting the unit in place on the toilet rim, re-installing the seat and tightening everything down. The included plastic seat bolts and nuts are designed to make it easy to line up and hand tighten. This part might require 5 minutes, depending upon whether you've kept track of your nuts.

Then on to the plumbing, where you turn off the water supply leading to the toilet and add the diverter valve which routes water to both the tank and the bidet. Depending upon the proximity of walls, this can take 5 minutes, or an hour, and either involve leisurely lefty-loosey and...

I came from a place where every toilet had a bidet of some kind. I couldn't believe how such a thing is missing from Canada. I mean come on guys, proper hygiene. When you are done with your business, you use toilet papers, more toilet papers, and even more toilet papers. It is never going to be as clean as using a water bidet. Once done, you use the bidet to rinse, toilet paper to dry, and bam you are done, as clean as new.

The first thing I did once settled in my new home, is purchase a bidet, after thorough research I came to choose this.
You have got few options:
* The really cheap and messy ones (No thank you)
* Self cleaning, kid safe, cold water only (Luxe Neo 180)
* The hot/cold water bidets
* The fancy ones with music and stuff

The cheap more basic bidets are really messy. They can get gross quickly and if you have toddlers, you have to kiss your bathroom floor and downstairs ceiling goodbye.

The hot/cold bidet usually require more complicated plumbing and requires drilling...

Maricc77: After using the Luxe Bidet Neo 180 for a few days i decided to write a review for the product. This model features a dual nozzle designed for self cleaning as well as a setting designed specifically for women (as a man I was unable to make any use of this feature). The Neo 180 does not come with a heated water hose option (you don’t need it unless you live in the arctic…)

The bidet was simple to set up with common tools round around the house that I assume mostly anyone would be able to put together rather easily. Have a towel handy as when working with any toilet related installs, you’re inevitably going to be dealing with some dripping water.

Using the bidet couldn’t be easier, simply turn the handle to the “ON” position and lift the lever for the desired water pressure. I was anticipating the water to be cold and uncomfortable, but I was pleasantly surprised since the cool (non heated) water wasn’t any issue at all, I don’t think upgrading to the unit with warm water should be a priority.
