Martin L.: This bidet T-adapter shutoff clearly states that it has a 1/2 inch bidet outlet, but the threads are clearly a much larger 3/4 inch for the bidet attachment. Tried installing on a Bier bidet attachment with an actual half inch inlet, and it is much smaller. The 7/8 inch dimensions for the toilet and toilet line are correct. Not worth returning and almost no time to do so. Also would point out that a simple ball valve shutoff would have been a much more reliable design. This has a plastic or ceramic closure that looks like it was built to break. Disappointing. Either this is a new adapter and not enough people have complained that the bidet threads are 3/4 inches instead of the stated 1/2 inch, or Luxe bidets actually use a 3/4 inch inlet. Buyer Beware.

Linda A Jones: This is a very nice adapter but it didn’t fit on my toilet connection. I got it as an upgrade to the standard connector that came with a Luxe Bidet. I tried it on two different toilets & the threads didn’t match up right. I have Fluidmaster toilet parts with standard 7/8” connection and even though it says it’s compatible it wouldn’t thread right. I went ahead & just used the connector that came with the bidet & it works fine so I returned this one. I was concerned about our high water pressure being too much but the bidet works fine as long as I don’t turn the pressure up very high. If I want to reduce the water pressure at some point I will just turn the water supply knob to the toilet down a little bit to reduce it. So, if you’re wanting this for a bidet connection I would recommend trying the connector that comes with your bidet first & then if you still think you need a regulator there are other brands with 7/8” connections that work. I had also purchased another adapter with water regulator that did fit on one of my toilets with no problem at all. It works but actually I don’t feel it’s necessary. Try the part...

Scott: When I purchased my Neo 110 a few years ago, Luxe was still equipping it with a plastic T connector (they later switched to metal). My plastic connector served for quite a while, but recently developed a drip.

This metal replacement arrived in a day, and I swapped the old connector out in a few minutes.

As far as I can tell, the "shut-off" valve doesn't completely shut off flow to the bidet, but it does provide the option to reduce your bidet's maximum flow rate (if you find your current blast of water a bit unsettling 🤣).

I like the full flow just fine—and, unlike a few of the other commenters, I didn't notice any change in the force of the jet. I'm guessing some of the other commenters just didn't have their valve fully opened.
