LSRZSPORT 2.5HP Under Desk Electric Treadmill with Folding Design for Home Workouts

CJP: This treadmill works great! I have it under my desk as a walking pad during the workday. Though it does speed up to 6.0mph (conveniently with the handrail up), I usually max out the walking speed (3.8mph) with the handrail down so I can comfortably type and get some steps in at the same time. The belt isn’t wobbly, and I don’t find it to be too noisy. It slides easily under the bed in our guest room/office when not in use, so folding it up is a cinch. I wasn’t sure which treadmill to go with since there are so many options, but customer service is really responsive with this one, and it’s worked out well.

KatrinaAtTheCoastKatrinaAtTheCoast: The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love this compact treadmill. I bought this treadmill so that I could get my steps in on the days that the weather isn't cooperating. It does the job perfectly! The readout on the speed and mileage isn't accurate but I don't care. I use my Apple Watch to log that. The machine folds down so small that I can easily store it under my couch when I'm not using it. The walking surface is small but it hasn't hindered me in the slightest. I'm 5'7" 150 lbs and have no trouble at all. It's plenty wide/long. The first machine I received failed after a few months but the company worked with me to trouble shoot the problem. When a solution couldn't be reached, they sent a replacement free of charge. Excellent and caring customer service.

So when it worked, I liked it. It seemed like exactly what I wanted. It fit nicely under the desk, the remote control worked, it had a decent range of speeds, the walking deck was a comfortable size. Now...I'm well within the stated weight capacity, and I used it almost exclusively between 2.6 and 3.8 MPH, so sort of in the middle of the speed range it supports. I fairly quickly noticed that the motor got quite warm and there was a "hot" smell that filled the room with use. I bought a fan to direct specifically on the end where the motor is and kept that on while using. The top of the treadmill felt less warm and the smell significantly reduced with this, to the extent that I thought "problem solved." Unfortunately, approximately a month after receiving it, it has now entirely stopped working. The belt no longer moves and I just get an "E05" or "E06" error, which the manual confirms likely means the motor is dead. Fine, so ... 12-month warranty, let's get it fixed. Unfortunately, while the manual does confirm that there's a warranty, there is *NO* contact information to be found anywhere for them. Google doesn't turn up anything useful for...
