TomTom: So far they have seemed to be of pretty good quality and stability. As a retired nurse practitioner of 40 years, I have ordered and observed many walking ides an assist equipment. I am most impressed and amazed this quality is available at this price. It is very sturdy and stands upright by itself, but it also has a handy strap with which to hang it from my arm while using both hands to look at something.

Kathleen E. Dean: Works pretty well. Does not always stand on it's own. Floor must be extremely flat and you have to take the time to bee sure it's balanced. This is hopefully temporary use. Good value for the cost.
