flamingo: I got this for my sister with mobility issues for a recent trip to France. This packed down small enough to fit in her handbag when she didn't need it and was a great height when she extended it. She used it everyday for almost two weeks on the cobblestones and concrete of France with hardly a scratch on the rubber foot. No issues with extending or collapsing it for storage and held up very well when walking and transferring. She is very glad I got it for her and recommends it to anyone who needs a little extra help when walking.

Priscilla: I purchased this cane to take on my trip to Europe. We did three countries in 12 days and it was a godsend. We toured Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps, the Roman Forum and Colosseum as well as several other places and my cane held up beautifully both on the cobblestone streets and regular pavement. It is very sturdy yet light and easily folded to fit into my backpack. I have absolutely no complaints about it and would definitely recommend it. I loved the butterfly design as well.

Joshua Mason: I wish I didn’t have to use a cane at all, but I do sometimes, and this is great for what you get for the money!
I am 6‘3“ tall, so this is just a little short on me, but nothing terrible. I have a regular cane that I use for around the house, so I keep this one in my car for when I’m on the go, or I take it to the airport for when I have to fly.
The handle is comfortable and cushion enough and feels well in the hand. It is easy to fold up, just hold onto the little plastic clip that comes with the cane, as you will want to hold onto it to keep the cane stowed away

5kitties: I don't write a lot of reviews but this was an excellent product. I am awaiting hip surgery but had tickets to a venue in las Vegas. I wanted to travel but taking the cane on the plane requires that it's stored in the overhead bin. And when I try to get off of the plane, that slows me down and holds up the line.

I am a larger woman and wanted something sturdy but easy to break down. This worked really well for me. I was able to disassemble it in the tiny airplane seat and stash it in the carrying bag. I tied that to my shoulder bag and during the flight it was under my seat. When it was time to dismbark, I was able to reassemble it quickly and us it to help me stand and walk down the aisle. Easy peasy.

The only negative was that in the intense heat of lsa Vegas in the summer, I developed a blister on my hand. I wrote to the company and they responded within less than 24 hours and on a weekend! Great product, great customer service. I am very happy and taking it with me on all trips.

EAST: I really love this cane, but there are a few things I think people should bear in mind that I haven't seen mentioned. The connector for the handle to the stick is metal, and it's a little bit sharp, particularly if you like to put a finger either side of the main pole. I fixed this with a couple of light coats of quick drying black nail polish. It's still there but it's not going to scratch up my fingers. The cane is also a bit tricky to pull appart, but I imagine this gets better with age, but the keeping everything together is tricky if you lose the plastic thing it comes with (which isn't a fantastic system anyway). Honestly, most of the time I just keep it in one piece and throw it in the car like that.
