Webb: My almost 30 year old sensor stopped working and the door would no longer work properly. I ordered these and replacement was very easy and requires no fancy tools and includes a wire crimp to make connection to your existing wiring a snap.

Karen: I ordered a replacement sensor for a Craftsman door that was made in 1996 so I required the part that was shown in the picture. Instead I was sent a sensor for a door made after 1997 that was labelled as 41a4373a. I thought it was just a mix up so I returned it and reordered only to receive the same thing.

SG 1: I cant give this the product a good or bad review since what they shipped was not what they showed. I have a 1996 Craftsman 1/2 HP opener (Canadian model). My sensors are larger and have a through bolt for mounting. They sent a newer model that has a different mounting system. My brackets would not work and the new ones don't come with brackets. So I bought here on amazon a new style set with brackets made by Chamberlain for much cheaper then these.
