Rajwinder: It was a very good basketball hoop. The hoop was cheap and good. I wished there was a video of this basketball hoop of how to assemble it. Also i wished it was more easyer to understand the instructions. Other whys this was the best basketball hoop i have every seen or even ever had. It is a 10 out of 10 basketball hoop.

Marcy Lewis: It was easy to assemble. I was missing a part and the company sent it with no problem. They were really nice to work with. Adjusting the height isn't east unless you are extremely tall. The adjuster is higher up but once you reach the adjuster it's easy to adjust with 2 people one does the adjuster while the other one pushes the backboard up and into the correct place.

Amazon Customer: Our first basketball hoop arrived in a broken box. It appeared that the box had broken while in transit and Loomis had taped up the box, however, many of the parts for the basketball hoop were missing. I emailed Royal-Dan Inc. and they contacted me immediately with a solution for return. I had never purchased anything from this company so I did not know much about them. I have learned that they are a very reliable company and they provide excellent customer service. I was attempting to send the return in the old box however it was not salvageable. Royal-Dan Inc. suggested I wait for the new basketball hoop to arrive and then return the old one in that box. Well, when the new hoop arrived that box was also broken and taped and missing pieces of the box, however, all the parts were there to erect the hoop. Royal-Dan was very understanding and helpful. I sent the parts back in a couple of sturdy garbage bags with the return labels provided. Our grandsons are enjoying the basketball hoop so much. It is sturdy and it has a proper sized back board.
