Michael Morse 2 Credits: This is a Great Replacement for my old rusty bent jack. Easy to install after I got the old on off. I had to drill one hole but that was not bad. The self tapping screws supplied were also nice to have. It took me about 15 minutes once I got the old one off. Also great to have one that is right hand threaded. I would buy again if I needed one.

Andy Morgan: These are super rugged and are a much needed addition to my Jayco travel trailer, which had stabilizer jacks only at the rear of the trailer. The unsupported front end, where we sleep, is quite wobbly. The installation is straight forward and manageable with just one person: find a suitable piece of the metal framing under your trailer, use the provided sticker as a template to mark the hole locations, and drill. I found it more reliable to mark the holes with a sharpee, drill out one or two, and get the jacks partially installed with screws. Then, I drill the remaining holes through the actual screw locations on the jack, rather than relying on all 4 of my initial markings, which had shifted slightly. The screws are 3/8” self tapping screws (even though you don’t use the “self tapping” aspect of that since I drilled out the holes with the provided bit). Those screws are beefy and strong, and I have no worry at all about the strength of these jacks now that they’re in place. I noticed an immediate improvement inside the trailer once installed.
Do NOT use these to level your trailer. Extend them fully to make them good and snug, and that’s it.
