SueSue: Not very good for suv steering wheel. I have a nissan xtrail and steering lock loop is too narrow to fit over steering wheel without damaging steering wheel. Cant push it down enough to engage lock.

Betty Jones: This steering wheel lock is very lightweight, easy to install, comes with multiple keys and storage bag. I have a lock for the brake pedal, but use this one too. It’s painted a bright yellow and is easy to see from the street. Hopefully my vehicle won’t be vandalized again.

GB: With this on the wheel, no one stole my wine coloured 2010 Hyundai accent with 205000 kms. I Mean this baby kept the hounds at bay.
Gotta say it was a little weird though. When I bought my new car and transferred this over the ppl at the car dealership didn't know what it was...?!?!
I told them it was an old school selfie stick.
Ps. No one has stole.my new car yet either

905Canuck: There are better device. but you'll pay plenty. This device is inexpensive and super easy to use. It's also small enough that it tucks out of the way easily. Pulling it up might defeat it, but after a few degrees it it the windshield. You might be able to crank it sideways until something gives, but you'll probably attract attention. The lock is pickable with the right tools, but a motivated thief could just tow your vehicle away and save themselves a lot of effort. "Just another COVID repo, concerned citizen".
There's better, but this inexpensive unit is super simple to use, which means your family members are more likely to use it even if they're only going to be in the mall "a little while". And a crook might just decide that the vehicle next to yours is the easier target.

Karella: I had a similar one of these a long time ago but it was totally constructed with metal - this item is ok as majority of it is metal including the lock itself. Unfortunately the housing for the lock part of in this product is made of plastic... it doesn’t give me the complete security as the all metal one made (unfortunately not anymore) by the previous manufacturer. Aside from that it’s definitely a theft deterrent.
