Arby DArby D: This is probably the easiest to read weather station we have from La Crosse (and we have quite a few). It finds the transmitter quickly and stays connected - a shortcoming in some of the others.

Winston Unsworth: Works as well as the atomic clock we have used for 16 years

Ricardo Rivera: In our region NorCal, we need to know the current temperatures. The Atomic Clock works very well time wise, and for temperature purposes. It's easy to install, and the outdoor heat sensor is very easy to place, and reads fairly accurately. Its recommends (in the doc) that you place the heat sensor on the east side of your home. Just a note. Unfortunately for us we are not able to place the heat sensor out in the open and have it mounted on the 2x4 under an eave which raises the temperature about 2 degrees. Just be aware of that. Otherwise, it really does the job well.

Mr. Cong:
Used this LCQ display clock to replace an older model that had seen better days, but had served well over the years. Therefore, a different model - this one - from the same company was chosen and has thus far performed well, standing up to the humidity of an upstairs bathroom and shower. In addition, a wireless outside temperature probe was included in the purchase but has not yet been used, but may be in the relatively near future. Also, this was purchased as " used " at a reduced price but was not, but the outer box was slightly damaged with NO effect to the contents. Actually at a VERY good price indeed, as the outer box was simply discarded and the contents utilized, the latter being the focus of this purchase.
Due to its ability to synch with the Atomic Clock in Boulder, CO ( if in the U.S. ), this clock will remain accurate and actually set itself, typically in the wee hours, but a manual set can also be done for immediate use. So far, so good: no problems whatsoever have been encountered, making this clock a ' 10 ', or five out of five stars.

wcb: I have been using La Crosse atomic clock/weather displays for almost 20 years. My original clock still works like a charm but the outside sensor went bad and they dont make a replacement anymore. So I finally bought another one and settled on this one. This thing is awesome. Atomic time is deadly accurate and even has a digital seconds display, has the indoor/outdoor temp just like my old clock did, has the date, and the display is just the right size and easy to read. The clock is very stylish in person (pic doesnt really do it justice) and will fit any decore. The clock can be hung up or it can be placed on a desk, shelf, or nightstand and has an alarm (have not used that so I cant comment on it other than I know it has one). It has a clear battery level indicator, moon phase, and the little arrows beside the temp displays indicate the direction of the barometric pressure. The only thing I could think of that you could do to improve this clock would be to have a lighter background with darker numbers like some of the brands amazon carries (like the Sony big display clock). Just a really cool La Crosse product I am super happy with.

J Laprade:
I've had this for a few weeks now and over all its good. It does seem to not be able get synced with the radio time thing, unless it is facing West. That might be because there is a big hill next to me, towards the west. But, if it doesn't sync every few days it does seem to lose its mind a little.
But otherwise it functions well. Time and date are readable. It's still on its first batteries a month in. The time stays accurate as long as it checks in every few days. And the temperature sensor seems correct (indoor and out).

SCSC: I bought this clock to put in our travel trailer. I wanted to be able to easily see the time and temperature inside the trailer, and the moon phases and calendar are a nice bonus. At first, I was thinking I would use the external temperature monitor outdoors as intended when we camp. Instead, I ended up putting it in the refrigerator. It's been great to be able to glance to see if the fridge has cooled off enough yet to load it up before a trip without having to open it, and to monitor the temp throughout a trip to be sure that our food is staying at a safe temperature. It's been awesome! (The fridge was not on at the time of the photo.) The temperatures are accurate; I've cross-referenced them using another external thermometer that we have at our home, an infrared laser thermometer, and a traditional glass thermometer in both super hot and super cold situations (black grill top in direct summer sun to the deep freezer). All are within about a degree of one another! When I was buying it, I didn't notice that it has an alarm clock feature as well. I doubt I will use it much, but I did test it and it worked well. I was able to attach it to the wall using 4 command...

The Deck: ...I can see if the outside temperature, is it too cold to walk the dog?. Seeing the lunar phase is a great feature, it alerts me to the full moon and the days I have to be very aware of the insane deer in our town. She has charged us several times, a few that caught us off gaurd in some very precarious landscape.
The only downside is that the display is LCD and where it hangs it is hard to read in the mid-day sun.
