CK: This is way too short. The picture suggests a roll of paper towels will fit on the rod with the wider end of the rod poking out the roll.
Exactly the opposite the roll completely covers it up so nothing secures the roll in place.
Call me crazy but aren’t all paper towel rolls the same width!?! Such a dumb design they couldn’t get this right.

mb4l: Looks great, it was easy to install. But there was an issue with the screw loosing and it wobbling. I was able to fix it.

thesilverpoolbookthesilverpoolbook: Looks amazing and my wife said she had been looking for a gold paper bar for ages. Found this and ordered immediately. Matches a $600 faucet in looks and feel. I installed a while back and think I had to use some other screws than the ones in the package, but I think my cabinet was atypically thin. Otherwise just great.

KateKate: Great-looking, low-profile paper towel holder with a perfect brushed-gold finish.
The installation was a bit tricky just because I was attaching it to the underside of one of our upper cabinets, which required some pretty uncomfortable posture on my part to see what I was doing.
After a couple months, the nut on the bolt that holds the three gold-brushed pieces of the holder together started to loosen, which caused the arm to sag and wiggle around. I took the holder off its mount and added a couple drops of super glue to the bolt's threads before I screwed the nut down as tightly as it would go and reattached the holder to its mount. It's a bit early to tell if that did the trick, but so far it's back to looking great and working perfectly.
At this price point, if adding a bit of super glue is all it takes to make this paper towel holder perfect, I think that's reasonable.
