Looks very nice and does its job well. However, it didn't take long before it stopped rotating. The fix is easy, I usually just unplug it, rotate it manually a few times, plug it back in and turn it on again. But the amount of times I have to do this is pretty frequent. That being said, it is very cheap so I won't complain too much since it still does work.

Worked great but stopped working after 9 months. No apparent warranty. Very disappointed. Have contacted the company for a replacement. Will update review depending on response.
Update: Company responded to inquiry promptly and courteously. Has offered to replace defective unit. I have added two stars to original review based on their response. Will update review once again when replacement unit has been received and I know it’s working properly. Stay tuned.
Update #2 Replacement received. Works perfectly. This company obviously stands behind their product and can trusted. Recommend highly. Five stars!

I have had several watch winders in the past. This is by far the most elegant piece I have owned. It is extremely quiet and smooth.
I did have an issue with a broken gear in the electric motor. The seller, FairBasic, replaced my winder. Their customer service is excellent and my new winder is perfect. I will use this provider again.

Appeared to be new base on the packaging. Unwrapped everything, loaded up my watches, flipped the switch and it started to spin. Great. I step out for a few seconds, come back and notice it's not spinning anymore. Ok... I flip off the switch, then back on, starts to spin again... I stare at it, and it stops again after a few seconds.
This is similar to other 1 star reviews, but mine lasted 60 total seconds of use. Not gonna waste my time trying to troublesboot. Needless to say I'm very disappointed.
I was expecting to get at least 6 months for the price. I would have been completely fine if it crapped out for the price. But 60 seconds... Yikes.
This purchase is a gamble. Seems like you may or may not get a good one. Returning the product and going to look for a higher quality one, even if it costs $200. Hate buying stuff that breaks in a few uses. Doesn't matter if the faux wood looked good if it doesn't work. Like having a fancy car that doesn't even start.
