Geo: I got this as a tank that I could use to clean my fishes home tank with and it was an amazing product nothing was wrong with it so I cleaned his tank and waited a while then released him into his original home and he was happy with it I even got him a new lighthouse and then he drowned the same night and so that was pretty depressing but thanks anyways for the product I would recommend it to anyone 👍

N. Ga girl: I was surprised this was plastic, not glass, but obviously I didn't read the product description very well. My mistake. What we wanted this for was a clear container for my son to keep his Dungeons and Dragons dice, and it works great for that purpose. It's clear, so you can see the dice through it, and they look pretty decorative (or they will when he adds to his D&D dice collection).

Jennifer Danni ElleJennifer Danni Elle: I originally purchased a similar glass one locally from a local craft shop, but it broke within 2 days. So, hunted this one down on Amazon and it's perfect. Sturdy, lightweight, clear, looks better than the glass bowl I initially purchased and it's larger. I used it to make a large DIY flower pot old timey gumball machine style candy jar. It turned out perfectly and goes with our black, Gothic themed home decor absolutely wonderfully. Sorry, Small pic, but it's there on corner table. Very easy craft to make.

AvocadoAvocado: I purchased this product for a different reason than most. As you can see from the photo, the sturdy plastic globe serves as an excellent water bowl for my cat. For the price, you can’t beat it! Clear sturdy plastic. So far easy to clean, does not get cloudy the way some “fish bowls” do, & looks great with my Faux fish. If you’re using it for an actual fish, and I speak from experience, you do need to treat the water, change the water, and clean frequently. Some of the other reviews complaining about the quality, have not likely kept a fish in this kind of “tank” before. It’s going to get dirty and require cleaning pretty frequently. For the price, this is a perfect starter bowl for a single fish (or a cat who will only drink from a faucet or fish bowl).
