Grimmace: Got this and the piece behind it to stop a leak. The set was over 20 years old. New ones in place and no more leaks. Easy to install.

Paul E. Cullivan: Instructions were easy to follow, and the unit installed very easily. Just beware if you have hard water, as that will seal the old in pretty tight. I've seen lots of removal tips, but the only thing that worked for me was to torque it loose with a BIG screwdriver. Apply pressure right at the seal - anyplace else and you can bend the metal pipes behind the wall.

JoLLyShane: It took me a month to install this product. Although I watched how to do it in Youtube, at first, I was still hesitant to install it because, I thought it would be complicated... I almost called a plumber. But it was a very simple installation.... I even learned to assemble and disassemble this product, using the old one that I replaced. As a matter of fact, the old one was not really broken... the leaking was caused by the displacement of the washer for the cold water and for the hot water not coming out all the time, it was the spring that was displaced. I cleaned the whole unit, greased the springs and washers and it's all good !! But of course, I am now using the new one.
