Eddie richardson: This sub is Perfect for a home theater. I have it in mine and the bass rattles the seats like a theater. Looking to buy another for behind my seats (because I love the bass) but it isn’t necessary

Dan D: This sub is perfect. It really packs a punch for my relatively medium sized space.
I've paired this with my two Klipsch R-51PM speakers for a perfect 2.1 setup with a 55inch TV in one of our living spaces which is primarily used for movies and sometimes music.
I've always enjoyed just the two R-51PMs but I decided to add this little sub to the setup and I am not disappointed. It turned my entire TV experience into a full cinematic feeling with rich deep bass, and specifically took the bass stress off the bookshelf speakers so now their sound is even more crisp.
Staying within the Klipsch family made installation easy and the bookshelf speaker's remote can control the bass level; it truly was plug and play, and with a little tweaking, you will have outstanding bass for your movies and tunes.

Louella Dawson: First let me say, if you are thinking about getting the 12 inch sub don't bother unless you're room is big enough. The 10 inch is plenty of bass and I only have the gain set to 4 out of 11. My room is 18x12 with vaulted ceiling and the 10 is plenty. It works great for movies and music. My wife says she can feel it in her chest when the bass hits.

I mostly listen to classic rock, some jazz and a little heavy metal when the mood strikes me. I have this sub hooked up to a newer Sony receiver with Polk audio floor standing, center and surround speakers and the setup was easy with the auto setup feature that Sony has. I did make a few tweaks afterwards to suite my taste.

I almost bought 2 of these but thought I would try one first. I still might get a second one for ground shaking bass for watching movies. I live on 2 acres and although I have only had this sub for 2 days at the time of this review.
I have put it through it's paces and can only assume it will get better once broken in. Which shouldn't take me to long.

Hopefully this helps you make a decision but if you ask me I say buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Phillip Powers: Quality shines through here. I replaced an 8” monoprice sub with this. I went with the 10 over the 12 to get clean tight bass. I am impressed with the quality but kind of wish I went with the 12 instead. This is probably me just being picky but at times of deep bass I can hear this odd sound of the air moving out of the rear port. Almost like a piece of paper flapping around in there. It gets better when I pull the sub off the wall but I think the 12” may help with hitting the lows. This is also depending on the content. 95% of the time it’s not noticeable at all. Everyone says bladerunner 2049 is a great soundtrack to showcase atmos with. When I watched it that sound came through in any deep bass scene of the movie. We watched Disney’s Cars movie right after and the sound quality blew me away. Very happy with the purchase in the end!

Update a few months maybe even a year later…That noise I was talking about has gone away completely. I don’t know if it was my placement or the fact that it needed to be broken in a bit but it’s perfect now. I also bought the 12” version of this recently. My thought was to set the crossover higher on the 10 and real low on the...
