4krob: My husband was able to quickly assemble it. He does have a background in designing, building & maintaining machies though so I am not sure how easy it truly is to assemble! We partially filled the base with water but also set a bag of soil in top as our driveway is ever so slightly slanted.

Kindle Customer: My7 year old grandson loves this basketball hoop. It’s very sturdy and able to withstand the elements outside. NAmonett: The goal is great! Works very well for a 4-year-old and 8-year-old. Only issue was that the water tank had a hole and would not hold water, used a cement block instead and works great. With the location of the goal compared the base, dunking the ball will cause the goal to tip over. Solution - keep the goal high enough for kids to be dubk in. Adjustment is easy so as my kids grow, the goal can grow with them. The backboard is smaller, but that has not stopped the intense games of H-O-R-S-E between me and my kids.

rad-MT: We have another free standing basketball hoop like this one at the grandparents house. This model goes 10’ high & u can move it in & out of the garage even filled with sand or water. It’s easy to put together!
