Amazon Customer: This item was delivered on time and works better than expected. But just be careful the buttons are very sensitive and the slightest push will set your car alarm off. But I would rather have it sensitive then not working at all. Also very easy to program for my 08 Escape.

GrKe: I only needed the shell, so I can't vouch for the programming. This fits the OEM parts perfectly. A little tip: Pry the two halves apart carefully with a butter knife, not a flathead because the thickness of the flathead can leave scuff marks. Also be careful to pry apart on the side because the loops are the weakest point (where my original broke).
