Michael Fernandez: The key itself is of decent quality for a fair price. However, contrary to the website information. You may not be able to program the Alarm or Ignition FOB yourself, even though the claim you can. There information clearly states you will need have the key blade professionally laser cut. This part of their information is correct. But then they mislead you into the false understanding that you can program the FOB and Remote Lock function yourself. They even post the instructions on how to do it on the Amazon product details. When it doesn't work, as it didn't in my case, and you reach out the company on RemoteRemote.com, they lie and tell you the Amazon product info states you have to have the key remote professionally programmed. I sent them an email with a screen shot of their Amazon product page. They lied anyway and said they "clearly" state the key must be programmed professionally. BUYER BEWARE! Contrary to their deceptive Amazon product information, You will have to pay a professional Key programmer.

N. Adams: The original key case for my 2009 Lexus RX 350 had cracked. Although I had taped it with black electrical tape for over a year, eventually that gave in & I had lost, just the key fob piece ( just the buttons on the key). I ordered this replacement key, took the key fob out & put it in my original key case. I took it to a locksmith to get the key fob programed to my car & they only charged me $75, instead of paying 3-400 dollars at the dealership! Thank You!

Sharon Schroeder: Seems to be good quality, however, to date I have failed to get the remote to work with my 2007 Lexus RX350. I had the original keys but the original remotes (2) that I had quit working. I was told that I could switch the key that I had with the blank key that was sent to be with this order and simply reprogram the remote. Having done so, I have yet to get the remote to work with my car and I have tried any information that I can find multiple times. I have attempted to call the local Toyota dealer but they never returned my call. I haven't given up yet, but I'm close.

James: Received the key and got it cut and programmed for 2005 rx330. Works fine with no issues. But the key itself does not have the same quality and feel of the original key, and its missing Lexus logo in the back

test: Got it to work with my 05 lexus Rx330 after lazer cut at Lock Smith ($45)
To program the key, the instruction from the seller did not work. I followed one of the buyer's comment:
First, close all doors
Insert master Toyota key in and out of the ignition cylinder 4 times. On the 5th time leave the master key in the ignition cylinder
Open and close drivers side door 6 times
Remove the master key from the ignition cylinder.
Verify that security light on the information display is solid, indicating that the car successfully entered programming mode
Insert new chip key
Watch security light blinking for about 60 seconds
When the security light goes out, your new key is successfully programmed
Remove the new key from the ignition cylinder
And finally, verify that your new key is able to deactivate anti-theft system: security indicator light on the information display should disappear when inserting properly programmed key into the ignition cylinder

To program the remote the instruction from the seller worked:
Remote Programming:
1. Begin with the key out of the ignition.
2. OPEN and UNLOCK the DRIVER'S side door. CLOSE all other doors...
