The faucet handle, and shower heads and rain head look great, well-made. The faucet handle and the handheld showerhead is a standard install. You just have to be careful to get the depth set right on the handle. The rain head I didn’t like the bracket that came with it. It was too short, I put the plumbing pipes in the ceiling and moved it towards the other end of the shower enclosure. This way when you turn the diverter valve halfway, you can have two people take a shower at the same time, works nice.

I am truly amazed at the quality of this shower system for the price point of just a hair over $200 CAN. We went with this KES brand on the recommendation of our contractor who had installed several of this brand of system in other clients homes. I would not have taken the chance on KES based on the mixed Amazon reviews if it wasn't for my contractor's recommend.
This product is very well made and works as seamlessly as the similar designer brand shower systems we have in our other two bathrooms that cost over $1200 more each.

We recently completed a bathroom renovation. Pretty much everything in the bathroom is KES. Great price and great product.
The shower system is great. Installation was easy. The only tricky part was screwing in the overhead shower and hand held wand. The threads were a little short so I had to notch out the tile. Luckily KES included great faceplates that easily his my mistake.
Was happy to know that the wand and regular head work at the same time using my existing 1/2" pipes.
Would highly recommend.

I do not regret this purchase at all. This shower system works very well. I’ve had it for about 3 months now and it has not disappointed. The quality is very sturdy. I’ve not experienced any leaking issues with it. I will say that you must install the handheld shower using the washer when connecting to the hose or else it will leak. But with the proper plumbers tape and washers I’ve not had any leaks. I installed it myself (and remodeled the entire bathroom myself). The installation is no trouble as long as your contractor is thoroughly skilled. There’s nothing unique about the installation process when compared to a comparative shower system.

Very simple and nice shower system. The push button system is very nice as you can maintain the water temperature for repeated use. Not a high water pressure system but so far it has been working without any issues.
