Includes a molded sheath to protect the blade from damage. Cons- Heavyweight and not very portable. The Kershaw Camp 10 (1077) is the perfect fixed blade hunting knife for your outdoor adventures. This 10-inch 65Mn carbon tool steel blade is coated with a basic black powdercoat to prevent rusting and comes with a full tang handle with a textured rubber overmold for a better grip. The dual lanyard holds provide extra security and the included molded sheath will protect the blade from damage. The Camp 10 weighs 1lb. 3oz., making it a bit heavier than other knives, but its ergonomic design and build quality make it a great choice for overall satisfaction.Shannon: My 21 yo son is very happy with this knife. He says its very sturdy

Raymond RussoRaymond Russo: Purchase 2 of these machetes, one in black and Gray. The other in Tan I modified both of them as per those pictures. The secondary daggers that are attached to the sheath were purchased on Amazon also.

Buon prodotto! Sicuramente vale più di quello che costa.

ROGER M: Of the variety of large knives, machetes and so forth, this is by far one of the best knife & sheath combinations. The price makes it an even better deal. It doesn't really matter to me whether it is a true Kukri a Bolo or something else. What matters is that it works. There are several larger knives I have been looking at but now question whether I would use them enough to make the purchase.
This past year I bought a Kukri style knife, 'U.S.Army Strong" Tactical Kukri. It was not very good. Just a heavy piece of metal at a low price. It did put me on a trail to find something better. As a result I've purchased a variety of chopping blades. For the most part, I've moved toward the re-curved style. They are not as easy to sharpen as a straight edge but they work better for me. I love the Camp 10. It is the right size, it cuts really well, the handle and grip are well above average. You can hack w/ it, baton it and even make a few curls for a fire. It doesn't substitute for a Mora or other light bushcraft knife. Its a little big for dressing a squirrel or cleaning fish. It is what it is - a camp knife. At this length and design, I would also have trouble calling it a Kurkr or...

BowserBowser: I've had my Camp 10 (C10) for a couple of weeks now, was able to take it camping over the Memorial Day weekend, and put it to some real testing. I used it for cutting pine boughs and processing them into poles (de-limbing and smoothing) for shelter building, rough hewing and shaping of larger sticks for making smaller tools like batons for splitting firewood, and carving a hearth board for making a friction fire. Despite a few issues, it provides incredible versatility and utility, at a great price.
Pros:
-Outstanding blade design. Contrary to what some others here have said, this is NOT a Khukri style blade; it is closer to a "Bolo" style, commonly used in the jungles of Central and South America. The outer half of the blade has a convex curve to it, making a great spot for chopping and other heavy cutting tasks. The inner, concave half of the blade is excellent for smaller tasks requiring fine control, such as splitting small branches to make a hearth board for a hand drill or bow drill for doing friction fire-starting. The transition between the two curves creates a 'sweet spot' for doing heavy cutting requiring short but powerful chopping cuts, like for de-limbing...

Scott Mitchell: This is my second one I bought for my old lady. I've used mine for 3 years and put it through every possible abuse it's intended for and it's still functions like new. The blade steel seams of good quality but I really keep up on sharpening it
