It is quite good looking, no noise at all, the craftsmanship is outstanding and it’s a very good value. My Rolex watch is a Date/Just from 1980. After spending a lot of money to service it, I was told that in order to for the watch to keep the correct time and date, I must keep moving like I did 40 years ago. The watch was not keeping time because of my lack of movement, which is definitely needed for the auto wind. This Arctic Scorpion unit has kept my watch working perfectly. It’s easy to operate and simple to put the watch in to wind and take it out to wear. There are settings on the back that match up to my watch specifications, how many minutes winding, then resting. It’s easy to find the specs for your watch online. It’s electric, not battery operated, so no worries there. I recommend this watch winder to keep your expensive watch running perfectly.

Delmar T. Neeley: We own two automechanical winding watches, and this one seemed nice, I liked the name being from Alaska, so I gambled and won! This watch winder is so quiet, it could be bedside, not in the closet or bathroom. My box looks like it was crushed between the semi and loading dock! But the packaging saved it!

omelanr: This winder came packaged great, no damage. Exterior looks good with the wide viewing window. Noise level is comparable to the other winders I have and so far no issues with the motor. Plug and selector switch is on the back, out of the way as well. I expect this winder to last me a very long time. I'd purchase again.

FatwalletFanFatwalletFan: One of the challenges with automatic watches are that the power reserve lasts only a few days so if you don’t wear your watch often you will always find yourself adjusting the time and date. I for one, ended up not wearing any of them and just packed them away. An automatic winder solves the problem. I’ve seen some battery powered options but wanted one that plugs into an outlet. I tried it out with a watch with zero power and in the morning it was fully charged. I think it doesn’t take that long to charge a watch because within a couple of hours another watch was also charged. No qualms here and satisfied with my purchase.
