Sonya S: I came back to review as I've had this holder for about 3 months and it just broke. I attached it horitontally under cabinet simple enough. Used as expected and the pole just fell off the arm.no way to fix. I came online to fund another review with same experience. Time to look for something else.

My husband tried to screw it back together but no matter what you do its impossible! So sad because I really liked it! I contacted the seller after reading all the reviews after the fact and they did give me my money back. I went with a different one, hopefully the next one lasts longer!!

Chris: While it is made of metal and installs fairly easily, it does feel a little flimsy when a paper towel roll is on it and even more so when you are trying to remove a paper towel from the roll. Also, the small issue with the mounting is that the bar gets slightly in the way of the mounting holes, making them go in at an angle rather than straight.
