These are the proper filters for my SMALL cat Fountain . The Fountain reminds me to change the filters by changing green light to yellow and if I don't get to it quicklythe fountain light turns red and the fountain STOPS so I have been trained well to keep my FURRBABIES Fountain CLEAN and sparkling

The big filter is just fine easy to replace. But the smaller white sponge when you order new ones you get a different style. I changed my filters using these filters and I could not get the change filter light to go off. Talking through Amazon I was able to get another fountain in 2 days. Now we will see how it goes. Let me say I do love this fountain I was able to go away for 4 days and my cat had the water to drink that he needed. I love how easy it is to take apart and wash the parts you need to wash. But on their video's it shows your suppose to check to see if the light comes on. BUT there is no button on this motor to check the light. So we will see how it goes.
