cynthia m johnson: This is a good quality comb for my 85 pound goldendoodle. He has some trouble spots under his arms and chest from his harness rubbing that a brush doesn't get all the mats. This does a good job and the bristles are not sharp. I recommend this product.

Jo From Barrie: Works very well on mats on my Ragdoll cat. If purchasing again, I would go for the shorter comb, 8 inches is a bit long, but not a big deal. I find I also only use the finer end of the comb, but could be a different situation for different animals. It works as stated and is very good value for the price as well. 100% satisfied with this product.
