Kelly: The box itself is lovely. Very nicely made and the motor is silent as promised. They didn’t send me the key to the box, which is inconvenient. Only option provided is to post it back for a refund or replacement, which I don’t think is fair given it’s international postage.

JBGATOR23: So far it's working great. Very quiet when running. Can't hear anything. Watches fit perfectly in it and they are 41MM each. I'll probably get another one for my other watches if this one keeps performing well.

HGolden: It is a beautiful winder. It is bigger than I expected, so if you don't have space, this is not for you ( It's 7 1/2 in Wide X 9 in Height X 10 in Depth). I just got it today and therefore, I don't know about the quality of the performance. But I was compelled to leave a note regarding the Manual.....it's useless ! I was going crazy looking for the "Mode" features panel. This particular model does not have the "Mode" option or the delay start, just the clockwise, counter clockwise and both directions settings . I figured it out by looking at the picture that appears ONLY in the Chinese(?)/Korean(?) Japanese(?) translation, page 10.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

slybauer: Update tragedy has struck my beautiful Omega Speedmaster Broadarrow has been over wound or something as 3 days of using this my watch no longer works. The Rolex is still ok. Maybe saving money on such expensive watches was a mistake repair costs no idea! Shame Lovely looking box shinny however it is massive! Also the instructions are totally incorrect and give little to no usefull information but that's no hardship as there are only 4 settings. About overwinding I am relying on the clutches as my omega speed master needs a lot but my daytona doesn't. But for a saving of 400 over a dual motor winder it is fantastic value in the short term update ER BIG MISTAKE FALSE ECONOMY 😪😪😪

Grandma Suzy: I was so skeptical when I ordered this piece. It's hard to tell sometimes how nice something is going to be when all you have to look at is a picture. Boy was I surprised! This is a very, very nice unit! The craftsmanship is impeccable. There is absolutely no noise when the winder is in operation. It looks very nice in the room. I love the locking feature, too! I purchased a much more expensive model for my husband for his watches and boy do I wish I had found this one first!

Stig: First off, everything about this looks great and the storage compartments are great.
I have a mix of slim line auto's to full chrono's and all fit securely.
The one issue I have is the port the power lead plugs in to. This is incredibly flimsy and if nudged slightly, will stop working.
I unfortunately found this out AFTER putting all the packaging in the recycling bin HOWEVER I found that using batteries to power it more convenient anyway and not having another thing plugged in was actually a bonus.

Only time I heard the motor was when I open the lid
Enough space for my one large and one medium sized dial watches
Box size was bigger than expected but was correct dimensions as in description (I imagined it smaller, my bad)
Lock was not sturdy for a product at this price thus not giving a perfect 5 Star and I would rate this product 4.5
Customer service was excellent with replies within 12-14 hours and they sent me a new one without hassle once I requested a replacement
Received the replacement today
Will update in few weeks if any problems occur

Richard15: Be prepared to receive numerous requests for a review if you buy this product. I must have received 7+ emails via Amazon and JQUEEN themselves, and I have given in and done this review - so that hopefully they will stop! The product itself is very good and a nice piece of furniture. It works well with my Breitling. Its very quiet and it doesn't wake me up. I have a leather strap which is adjustable to fit the cushions supplied although I have to adjust it to a smaller setting to fit properly. I would like to see a more flexible approach to the size of the cushions being supplied/used. I have read a few others reviews an have to agree that if I had a metal strap I wouldn't have the option of adjusting it and therefore I am not sure my review would have been 4*. The company needs to consider this problem going forward and offer multiple sized cushions or seek a measurement from the purchaser and offer different sizes when ordering/purchasing. It would complete the product...

Mr. K. Hall: Regrettably was slightly to large for my safe but it has kept my watches wound and protected from dust. It displays beautifully and stylishly. The motor is virtually silent and the watches benefited from one of the four winding programmes all the time. With the three storage pouches, you can swap over the mounting pads from static to being wound every day or so and the deluxe feel of the outer finish and lock is highly desirable. It feels solid and quality built.
I have just ordered another to fit into my safe, which is a shame as this case should be displayed for all to see, but the protection of the safe is more important to the security of my valuables.
However, when I am home over a period of time, the case will be displayed in my home.

Scott Carmichael: Very well made. So far it is working great. Beautify designed. It looks like it should cost in excess of $300, so it is well worth the money. It easily holds two large watches without hitting the glass. My watches, however, did rock back and forth when operating. This was easily fixed by cutting two pieces of foam from the packing material to stabilize the watch holders. The only complaint that I have is that the watch holders are too big for my wife's Rolex. She has small wrists. I wish their was an option to purchase smaller holders to eliminate this problem. I will be recommending this product to my watch collector friends. Well done.
