Very pleased. First off, it is huge ! That's a good thing. I have a lot 40mm plus watches and they easily fit side by side. The winder (case) itself is beautiful, like a piece of fine furniture. It is heavy and well made. The cushions for the watches are the standard size with a removable ring around them for different sizes. I have 6 watches on the winders and 7 in the display line inside the case. All of my watches (various sizes) fit perfectly. Each winder (which holds 2 watches) has it's own control. A nice feature as there are 5 different settings. The motor is QUIET ! This thing just oozes quality. I have 6 different watches on the winder ranging from Rolex to Invicta. All are running and keeping perfect time. I should have bought this a long time ago.

I was very skeptical about this product when I read about it. I needed a winder that could accommodate 6 watches as well as hold several others. When this winder was delivered, I opened it and was happily surprised. My watch collection ranges from Tissot to Rolex and a lot of everything in between. The motor is very quiet and the winder has three different settings.
There are a lot of things to like about this winder but there are a few things not to like. I have a large wrist and the pillows are made for small to medium watches. My watches have a tendency to move on the pillow when the winder is spinning. Depth on the spinners and static locations are very shallow. This is a huge issue with larger watches such as my Alpina, Montblanc and Revue Thommen.
Don't get me wrong, it will fit your watches but not as tight as you would want it to be. If they can make the pillows larger and the watch slots deeper and wider, this would be a perfect winder. Even with those issues, I would still recommend this product.
If you want a good looking product that functions quite well, this is the one for you. If you are looking for something that is comparable...

This replaces an old winder from the same manufacturer. Still worked after 5 years or so, but was getting very noisy, so I replaced it. Very pleasantly surprised with the improved quality of this new winder. Looks more refined (both exterior and interior), and there is almost no sound when it rotates. Pillows good size and hold all my watches securely, without wobbling. However, one of my watches (Tag Hauer with leather strap) slightly scratches the glass when rotating; the other 5 watches come very close to touching the glass too, but are OK. So the winder should work for most watches, but some larger watches may have this problem. Would be nice for the manufacturer to allow 1/2" or so extra space in height. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase so far.

What a disappoinment this product was. They advertise online support which isn't there. They leave a phone number which no one answers. So I bought this winder for my automatic men's watches. It looks good and the motors are quiet. However, when you put your watches in the holder pillows are so small that the watches... Non of them, fit securely. So what happens is that as it is spinning, it's moving constantly and is very noisy. I tried calling them to see if they have or will sell bigger pillows to make a secure for for the watches and no responses at all. All my watches are bracelets, as if I had straps I could just tighten the size on the pillow but as metal brackets I can not and all the pillow holders are made for small women's watches.
What a shame they didn't include bigger holder pillows and what a bigger shame that they absolu6do not stand behind their product.. God help you if something does go wrong.
Also, they power cord provided was for European plugs and not USA ones. Luckily I had my old one to use on this winder.

Produit idéal pour les amateur de belles montres. Finitions de très belle qualité surtout vu le prix. Les moteurs sont complètement silencieux lorsque le couvercle est fermé. On les entend très légèrement lorsqu'il est ouvert. Peu être laissé dans une chambre sans que cela gène le sommeil. Je recommande vivement.

Cela fait 1 mois maintenant que j'ai reçu ce tourne montre. Il a toute les qualités : silencieux, les montres ne s'entrechoquent pas quant elles tournent, élégant et du plus bel effet, et on peut y mettre 7 montres en plus des 6 qui tournent. Penser simplement à bien enfoncer le support de chaque montre dans son emplacement si vous ne vouler pas de rayure sur la vitre en plexiglass...

The product arrived on time and was exactly as described. The winder is fairly large and looks quite impressive. It it beautiful. It operates perfectly with the switches determining which program to utilize for winding an automatic watch appropriately.
I tested the winder by winding my watches for 60 hours. None wound down- telling me that the winder was able to at least keep them running. After that, I let them all run to see how much reserve power they had accumulated. They all wound down quicker than their respective power reserve, letting me know that the winder was not over winding or adding unnecessary stress to the automatic winding system. The winder keeps the watches wound enough for me to use one at any time without having to wind and reset it.
It is virtually silent when the lid is closed and even with the lid open, the bumper wind system on my vintage Omega makes more noise than the winding motors. I am very pleased with this purchase and will recommend this product to anyone in need of a quality winder.
If I ever need another high quality winder, JQueen is at the top of my list. The winder is beautiful, efficient, and quiet.
