Joy S.: Not all cats take to the fountain right away. Gently push their mouth into the flow. It took my kitty a few days to drink from it. She will occasionally but still prefers to drink out of a tap. Hoping she will grown to like the fountain more. It has a very nice flow. Good value for the price.

Isabelle B.: Les fontaines en général, sont souvent trop grande pour de petits chiens, trop lumineuses le soir, parois non opaque qui laisse voir le système à l’intérieur…..Après beaucoup de recherche, j’ai réussi à trouver une fontaine de plus petit format ( 1.6 litre ), sans LED, opaque, silencieuse, prix très abordable, avec la possibilité de choisir l’écoulement de l’eau en fonction de la préférence de notre chien… j’ai 2 petits chiens et ils ont chacun leur fontaine avec un écoulement différent pour chacun. J’espère qu’elles dureront longtemps, sans bris…souvent des commentaires d’arrêt de fonctionnement pour les fontaines en général…Pour le moment, très satisfaite de mon achat !

JJ Compor: We've had two other fountains before this one and they were terrible. They had too many parts to clean and the motors broke quickly. But this one is 10x better! Our cats are picky and would always prefer to drink out of the faucet only but they are fine with drinking from this. It's easy to clean and it's quiet unless the water is getting low. As a warning, if you don't change out the filters soon enough... It gets stinky.

Saniya Ahmed: I purchased the water fountain on July 16, it stopped working last night August 17. The pump won’t pump water when plugged in, i tried taking it apart and reassembling but still it won’t work. I’m unable to return it and now I’m stuck with a broken water fountain.
Update! The company contacted me and sent me a new water fountain and it works well with no issues. I’m glad to have a water fountain for my cat again and great customer service!
