nsomniak6: I had to change my review because this company does have good customer service. It took a little while to get back to me, but they took care of my problem in a very satisfactory manner. The filter is working well. I just wish there was a better system than the hose that is always in the way.

David Manhart: This product has worked great for me in a time when my building was having issues with getting clean water because of our water softeners being ancient. That being said, when it came time to change the filter, I could not even get the case to budge when I tried to open it again. I drained the water out, used the right tool. Even used a hammer on the tool to try and jostle it loose. No dice. Now I have to replace the whole thing, since part of it broke when I was trying to loosen it.

Bets: Moving from a home with a filtration system into an apartment without, I didn't really want to have to deal with filling and emptying a pitcher all the time as I drink a lot of water and tea every day. I did a lot of research on various products, checking reviews and finally decided to try the iSpring Countertop. It was very easy to install. I replaced the filter 6 months later. I had to have my faucet replaced and because it had a male end instead of a female end, I thought I was missing a part. I called up iSpring. Right away, Nick said he knew what I needed and would help me out. Next, I get an email from Nick telling me he's sending out a whole new system, filter and all. Now, I don't know a lot about the actual systems, all I know is I can definitely detect a difference in the taste of my water with and without the system turned on, but I DO know good service. Nick went beyond helping me. Thank you, iSpring for making a great product and thank you Nick for the fantastic service.

mwg: We live in an apartment in NYC with very old rusty pipes and have tried many different types of water filter systems over the years including Pur and Brita. ISpring is our absolute favorite. I love that it has a separate spout and doesn’t take up too much room on the countertop and also doesn’t get in the way when I’m doing dishes. The best part is that the water comes out fast, so it doesn’t take forever to fill up a glass of water like with the other systems. The filter lasts as advertised and we definitely push the limit with our rusty water. With other systems we had to switch out filters in 1/2 the suggested time. It’s easy to install, but our only confusion was which way the arrow goes. But pictures and videos help. Also calling customer service is very helpful. They are stateside and easy to talk to. I spoke with Sean in customer service about getting an upgrade because I’m a strong believer in this company. He suggested the RO system and was helpful with giving ideas on how to get around drilling holes in our rental countertops. Until that’s ordered and installed, we will still be using our present filter and I mentioned on the phone to Sean that it recently...

Lynda: I wanted a smaller counter top water filtration system because I was tired of my very large gravity system. This is great because I can get cold water and it takes up way less room. The gravity system keeps the water at room temperature.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
