F. Istephan: I have been using this system for 4 years now and can tell you it has stood the test of time! From the time of installation until now I have not had any problems. Even if I did need help, the customer service is matchless. The company offers great, friendly customer phone support for all my filter changes and they take the time to help me step by step. They also have helpful YouTube videos.
I love the fact that water wastage is way less than other systems with a 2:1 ratio. Filter change is simple and quick. Fills water extremely fast. Most importantly, I am still enjoying great tasting, purified water year after year! I highly recommend this system.

For more than 20 years I was paying for a bottled home water delivery service because I wanted good, healthy water. It was expensive, deliveries weren't always on time, and then there were those enormous 5-gallon bottles I had to lug into my apartment and onto the dispenser. Then someone told me about The Perfect Water, and I purchased their Home Master TMAFC-ERP Artesian Full Contact Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System.

First, the water quality and taste is excellent. I'm health minded and something as basic as water is extremely important to me.

Our city water is routinely rusty and gets very nasty after even a bad rainstorm. Now with the The Perfect Water system I can enjoy delicious, safe, water anytime. I use it for drinking, cooking, washing fruits and vegetables, and making that all important morning pot of coffee. If I'm traveling I fill up my Yeti thermoses with The Perfect Water filtered water because it's the only water I trust.

Bernard Blais: We have the city's water supply. It's okay, but we do get at least 4 times a year a warning to boil the water. So we installed this system about 2 years ago. We've changed the filters once a year (real easy to swap them). The water tastes really good. With the tank, the water pressure is perfect... it takes just a few seconds to fill a bottle or a glass. And the supplied faucet means we can get at the filtered water without using the main faucet. My wife and I are drinking this water all day through, which has had a positive impact on our overall health. Any CONS? Well, the system did take a few hours to install... I had to take my time to make sure those tubes were properly inserted in each filter. But once you get it, it's not that complicated. Since then, it's worked perfectly.

My Girl is always reading up on the latest health news and trends. And while a lot of it is helpful, sometimes she gets to thinking about things that I am not sold on: Fluoride.She has become one of those that believes Fluoride is bad for you, that it acts as a poison, and hampers proper function of something called the Pineal Gland. I will spare you all the rest of the discussion, let me just say that at this stage of life, I find it easier to just give in some times and not fight it. Barbara G (Burlington Ontario): I bought this to remove harmful chemicals from our water - specifically fluoride. I cannot testify as to whether or not it has removed the actual harmful chemicals the region insists on poluting our water with (that would require a water test which I haven't done yet) but I can say that it has dramatically improved the taste of our water and anything we make with it. The water tastes awesome and the ice cubes, tea, coffee, lemonade .... everything tastes so much better. I have a water tester for the PPM of the water - that has gone down from 148 to 38.

My husband installed it under the sink and all went well. It works fast and creates only one gallon of waste water for every gallon it produces. I called the actual company because I had questions (1-877-693-7873). I was assured it was 100% US made and the source of the cartrage to remineralize the water was from the US as well. And the company has been around for a while so hopefully I'll be able to get replacement cartriges from them when needed. Sabrina SextonSabrina Sexton: When I moved into my first (and current) house from my apartment, the previous owner had a Whirlpool (Ecodyne) WHER25 reverse osmosis system installed under the kitchen sink. I liked the water the system produced, but the flow control was misfunctioning, causing an annoying dripping sound that was almost constant. The installer (previous owner, not a plumber) had NOT made the common mistake of trimming out the flow control--which was the first thing I suspected. No, the problem, rather, was deformation of the thin rubber membranes (there are two) inside the head of the unit. I flipped them over (they are reversible) and this fixed the problem for a month or so, but it returned. I priced out new membranes/gaskets and flow control insert, with shipping, and decided that I should just start fresh with a whole new unit, since it was on a special sale locally and it would come with all new filters ($80 worth). I replaced just the head and all was well for a while. Then the tank stopped pushing water out and re-pressurizing the bladder only worked for a short while. But, hey, OK, no problem.
