Daily Surveillance: Bought this for my three small dogs and cat and everyone loves this. I have noticed that everyone is drinking a little more. Easy to clean. Easy to replace the filter. My opinion, everyone should have one foe their pets.

Customer: One of my dogs has a drinking issue, he wont stop untill the water is gone. I use this bowl in conjunction with home assistant to control the amount he can drink. Has been working very well, all the dogs enjoy the flowing water.
I had a pump issue, emailed support and was sent a new pump quickly. Their service is spectacular.

Love it!: I love this fountain so much that this is my second time buying it. I had to move from my country for work and I left all my things behind. So when it got to decide which fountain to buy for my cats, it was a no brainer. I love it and my cats love it. Makes no noise and holds up to 3L, the LED light will let you know when to fill up, and it has filters you can buy separately and change. Would buy a third time.

Anon: I bought my first one and it stopped working. I was irritated but I ordered another one since it lasted longer than two others I tried. When the new one came I read the instructions and realized I was the reason the first one didn't work. I forgot you could take apart the motor. So every two to three (it says about three to four) weeks I take the fountain apart, including the motor, and brush everything with Dawn soap. They provide a little brush that looks like an eyelash curler which is perfect for the motor. Since I started doing this, I've had no problems whatsoever. I also buy the package of filters Amazon recommends because it includes a new motor filter along with the water filter. This is also important. If you try to flush out the motor filter with soap to try to reuse it, it doesn't matter. The filter did its job by gathering all the contaminants and debri that it will NOT come out. If you think it does, put some water in a dish or small bowl and squeeze it. You'll see small specks of grossness floating.
Change your filters about 3 weeks (no more than 4) and go to town on the motor. The whole process takes maybe 15 minutes. Quicker when you're used to...
