Mostly works as expected in Windows 10.
I had an issue where the bluetooth mouse would lag when not used for 1+ sec and take a second or two to recognize mouse movement again. If you have this issue make sure to turn off power saving options for this USB adaptor in Windows 10. You can do this in Device Manager --> Bluetooth. Find the entry for this USB driver and right click and select "Properties" and under the "Power Management" tab uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
